inMotionNow delivers a software-as-a-service solution to creative teams in the enterprise space. Everything from prototyping, discussions, approvals, and delivery are managed through the software’s interface into a streamlined and intuitive process that helps create efficiency inside of creative teams.

The Challenge

The inMotionNow team created a powerful software solution to optimize the velocity of creative assets needed to execute marketing campaigns. They were looking for new ways to differentiate the inMotion product from marketing project management solutions and to connect with key audiences on their major pain points. They weren’t just looking for a website refresh. They wanted us to help them build build an ecosystem to generate demand for the inMotion product and to establish a modern brand aesthetic.

The Solution

Our inMotionNow collaboration started with our Discovery process to understand how we could help inMotionNow standout from competitors visually as well as from a product messaging and positioning viewpoint. Taking the learnings from this process, we went to work.

We updated the website aesthetic and brand elements so that inMotionNow’s key personas knew that inMotionNow understood them – their role, their environment, and their pain points. Our goal was to do as much showing as telling so that prospects and customers could see that inMotionNow got them. We produced a new product video to communicate the value of inMotion while keeping a consistent look and feel with the website. We strategically introduced persona-driven navigational elements and creative approaches to aid users in the buyer journey – from awareness to consideration to lead conversion. The resources section of the site was reimagined to showcase inMotionNow thought leadership and highlight news and events as well as best practices around workflow management.
