Walk West received the opportunity to work with a national banking brand starring our favorite singing and dancing crew: The Holderness Family. We produced a series of videos to highlight digital banking features throughout the Chase platform.

The Challenge

Mobile banking continues to grow at a rapid pace. However, JPMorgan Chase found that many customers are still visiting brick-and-mortar branches or phoning customer service for help. In an effort to show people the many features of the Chase mobile banking app, they sought out a digital campaign that would highlight mobile-based solutions for paying bills and depositing checks.

The Solution

Chase tapped social media influencer, The Holderness Family (and Walk West Creative Consultants, Penn and Kim Holderness), to produce 10 how-to videos demonstrating how easy mobile and online banking can be. Penn and Kim collaborated directly with the marketing team at Chase to brainstorm various real-life situations where the Chase digital technology could be a convenient time saver. Of course, humor and music were involved, since the video series was based around The Holderness Family’s distinctive style of lyrical parody.  

The Result

Walk West also supported the multi-day shoot as the production partner. All the videos were shot and edited locally in Raleigh, making the engagement with Chase more efficient and streamlined. Chase promoted the campaign across its social media channels and placed the videos on ATM screens.
