Erica Anderson Rooney brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Experience, and Leadership Development. Throughout her career, Erica has led transformative HR strategies across a variety of industries, with a focus on organizational development, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and leadership acceleration. She is especially committed to breaking down barriers for women in the workplace and creating environments where everyone can thrive.

In addition to her HR expertise, Erica is also the host of the Glass Ceilings and Sticky Floors podcast and the author of a best-selling book by the same name.
