Recognized as a leader in martech and AI adoption, John applies a leadership style centered on efficiency, long-term scalability, and high performance. This approach has shaped his remarkable career, including leading cross-functional teams of up to 200 members and driving organizational growth that increased billing capacity from around $7 million to $50 million.
Prior to joining Walk West, John served as Vice President of Engineering for Hello Alice, he modernized the platform stack using cutting-edge frameworks and identity management tools. John also pioneered the company’s AI strategy, facilitated capital access for small businesses, and implemented data-driven personalization based on real-time needs.
Outside of his role, John enjoys playing guitar, exploring the nuances of music production, and immersing himself in gaming adventures.
