Responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction at Walk West, Kristie Jones-Davis brings a dedicated and determined approach to overseeing all company operations including human resources. As Fractional CFO, she guides the company relations through cash management, forecasting, and audit decisions to pursue the company’s aggressive growth strategy and exceed client expectations. In managing Human Resources, Kristie ensures strong recruiting and retention processes for continued growth.
Kristie brings over twenty years of experience in finance & accounting to the organization and its clients. With over a decade of experience as a NetSuite administrator, Kristie took on the ambitious project of implementing NetSuite across the company to accelerate growth, streamline reporting and increase efficiency, which she counts as one of her biggest accomplishments at Walk West to date. Kristie holds a degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
When she’s not keeping Walk West optimized for efficiency, Kristie enjoys spending time with her family. She is also an avid traveler, having visited over 20 countries and counting. Kristie also co-owns the cheer gym, Raleigh Elite Diamonds, and has volunteered for the past 13 years with the YMCA of the Triangle’s Lightner Y Achievers program. Y Achievers provides middle and high school students of color with opportunities to learn the importance of civic participation, college readiness, and community service.
