A self-proclaimed obsessive for helping others reach their fullest potential, Aaron Gilstrap is committed to connections. Whether it’s connecting with his community or his clients, he believes that fostering genuine and lasting relationships is the key to delivering results that matter. 

With more than a decade of marketing and entertainment experience, he’s honed that passion for connecting with others across a myriad of organizations, including Amazon Music, AT&T, FX, Disney, Hulu, Nike, EA Sports, Trolli, Mitsubishi, Twitch, Walmart and others. Having led award-winning campaigns while championing DEI initiatives, he brings a deep understanding of fostering positive agency and client relationships, as well as a mind for strategy, creative, research, and digital media to Walk West.  

Outside of work, Aaron spends his free time with his family in New York, playing basketball, cheering on the Lakers, and enjoying the city’s wealth of good food. If you don’t see him on the courts or at a restaurant, you may find him in the community mentoring the next generation of basketball pros while helping them build skills around self-awareness, resilience, self-confidence, and happiness.
