With a base of hobbies as diverse as the seasons, you just might find him crawling rocks in his Jeep, leaping out of a perfectly good airplane, hiking a remote backcountry trail, skiing steep couloirs out west, or collaborating on a new concoction with a host of local and international brewers.
  4. He listens diligently to understand client challenges, digs deep to find the right solutions, and helps them chart a path to success.
  5. He firmly believes children come in all shapes, sizes, and species and is a fervent French Bulldog Father of two; Leo & Norm.

As Sr. Marketing Strategist with Walk West, Mike’s handshake is often the one to foster relationships and earn trusted advisor status with new client partners. His 25 years of experience as a creative problem solver have helped a diverse list of clients succeed in their industries. He listens diligently to understand client challenges, digs deep to find the right solutions, and consistently helps contacts chart a path to success. We’re fortunate to have Mike’s expertise and passion on the strategy team at Walk West.

Originally from Sterling Heights, MI, his father always urged him to seek ways to improve processes and chart new paths. This paternal message is the inspiration Mike draws from to encourage clients to break out of their comfort zones, forge human connections, and seek new ways to acquire engagement, no matter what the perceived challenges may be.

Mike attended Walsh College in Troy, MI, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, then continuing on to obtain his Master’s Degree in Information Management & Communications. An innovative marketer with a track record of developing results-driven client solutions, he attributes his unique insight in analyzing business processes and developing best practices to this cornerstone education.

Mike’s ability to engage populations, impact customer satisfaction, and respond to client needs is a skill that benefits the partners we serve.  His digital, video and social media strategies have a track record of effectively targeting each client’s diverse and distinct stakeholders, and meeting campaign goals.

Mike and his partner in everything, Rachel, enjoy a diverse set of hobbies, including Jeep off-road adventures, sky-diving, hiking, skiing, and brewery tours. He firmly believes children come in all shapes, sizes and species, and is a fervent father to two French Bulldogs, Leo & Norm.
